There are some conferences and weminars by Proxmox partners like the Proxtalks by Thomas Krenn or the Dutch Proxmox Day by tuxis.nl. If I recall correct Inett does Weminars but I'm sure other partners do as well.

I think OP doesn't mean payed courses but so-called free weminars which are basically sales-events by showcasing the features and abilities of a certain software. I know of commercial and open source software where the vendor or a managed service provider host such events. Since they are basically for promoting sales they usually don't cost anything
