Ethernet connection offline after installing PCIe NIC

Hello everybody,

I have an Asrock Z790 Pro RS/D4 Maiboard with an Intel 82575/82576 dual NIC network adapter.

But after I install the Card in the PCIe X1 Slot, both are in fact recognized and apparently booted (green light on network ports of the Switch) but in the boot process both connections drops and I dont have any networking left.

Neither from the PCIe Card, nor the onboard LAN.

Do anybody know why this happens, and how to fix it?
