Ethernet Card 4 x Rj45 working with Porxmox and ipfire

looking for a Ethernet Card working with Proxmox and ipfire.
i think it should have 4 Rj45 Ports and working with my
[h=2]Shuttle XPC Barebone SZ87R6[/h]thanks for sugestions.

be enough for a SOHO environment?
