I was installing windows 7 ult in KVM, bridged, with IDE, RAW, and otherwise default settings (realtek nic) then I went to webui and clicked one of the menus like system or server and then i got that output, i restarted the server now and i will get back to you

and btw, after win7 was done installing and trying to boot it, then i got the freeze like with windows 2008 R2 x64, it stops at bios boot screen

The easiest way to install PVE is to use our installer. You obviously installed manually, and installed some tools which overrides 'resolv.conf' (network manager?). Please remove those tools, and generate a static resolve.conf instead.
 
i installed gnome and yes i guess network manager is included with this

but, i then changed the file in /etc/dhcp1 or dhcpp3 dont remember the folder name, but something like that then you can change the prepare dns from 127.0.0.1 or what it says in that file to your dns and it works
 
I had this exact error on version 1.9 , but it was because I was a noob and saved the dns page with an empty dns address. I would think measures should be in place to prevent someone from doing that? I fixed the issue by re-entering my gateway ip into resolv.conf.
