Error restoring a vzdump

Guys,I have an unusual case, when performing a backup with vzdump, the same thing happens fine. but when restoring it happens to give an error.

I'm using a new 2Tb external hard drive from Seagate. The same problem happens when I use pbs. In both cases, the backup happens normally.
