Error in Proxmox 4.2 with Squid in Centos 7

I recently upgrade Proxmox 3.4 to 4.2, i started my headaches. I have installed squid3 in centos7 (template centos-7-x86_64.tar.gz) in 3.4 works perfectly but 4.2 does not work in any way. For this container apparmor is disabled

squid.conf

auth_param ntlm program /usr/bin/ntlm_auth --helper-protocol=squid-2.5-ntlmssp
auth_param ntlm children 20
auth_param ntlm keep_alive on

ERROR: NTLM Authentication validating user. Error returned 'BH NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL'

any solution?
