ERROR : Could Not Connect to server 192.168.100.130:5900

Hi everyone,
well , i created a VM with Windows XP iso
and when i tried to open the console , i receive this error "Network ERROR : Could Not Connect to server 192.168.100.130:5900"
can someone help me ?

What browser/OS do you use?

i use Windows 8 and the last Version of Mozilla firefox

Try to clear the browser cache completely, and restart firefox after that.

i tried that , and when i opened the console , i received this error " network error : remote side closed connection "

Does it work if you use chrome instead?

no , i receive the same error on FF and CHROMe AND Also IE

but when i open a CT With Debian 6 for example, it works without problems , this problem is just with VM
