Error: Command 'apt-get update' failed: exit code 100

Hi, I'm very new to Proxmox and having installed the system with three vm's I'm getting the Error message. Description; Update package database. Status; Error: Command 'apt-get update' failed: exit code 100. Can anyone help with what this is and how to resolve please.

If you open the failed task details you should see more details.
If for some reason you are not seeing the details, open the console to your PVE server and then run "apt-get update". Review the details of the error, if it still doesnt make sense - post it here.

Top two possible issues: bad DNS, incorrect repo (enterprise vs no-sub)
