Error after clean install VE 9

Tried to install VE 9 for new server.
Disk was fully cleared before installation.

After install and reboot I get kernel panic error as on photo.
Can someone explain what i did wrong, because i successfully upgraded 2 another identical (same brand, same motherboard, same memory and disks) servers from 8 to 9 ?

Had the same, but is was my fault. Forgot that ventoy and proxmox iso does not play nicely together
