Hey, all. This seems to have been posted loads of times, but I've not seen a concrete solution. PMVE 8.3, TrueNAS Scale 24.10. Both have been "joined" to my homelab domain. Everything is synced. All access is happening using my domain creds. I can access shares on my domain and my TrueNAS box from a windows desktop with user X. Proxmox can access all shares on my domain using my creds. Trying to add a SMB/CIFS storage object on PMVE with the same creds allows me to see and select the share from proxmox, but finalizing gives me "create storage failed: mount error: Couldn't chdir to /mnt/pve/NASStorage: Permission denied (500)". However, PMVE can connect to other SMB shares in my network with no trouble. Not sure what the hangup is here, because the problem is just between PMVE and TNC. If permissions were the problem, then I shouldn't be able to access the TNC shares with my domain creds from anywhere, right?

Any advice or pointers are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
