ERROR: 400 Invalid SOAPAction

i create master (vhost1, 192.168.8.32) few days ago, using PVE 1.3.
recently, install slave (vhost2, 192.168.8.33) using PVE 1.4.

from vhost2, using command to joint :
# pveca -a -h 192.168.8.32

vhost1:/# pveca -l
CID----IPADDRESS----ROLE-STATE--------UPTIME---LOAD----MEM---ROOT---DATA
1 : 192.168.8.32 M S 4 days 04:01 0.42 36% 4% 10%
2 : 192.168.8.33 N ERROR: 400 Invalid SOAPAction


vhost2:~# pveca -l
CID----IPADDRESS----ROLE-STATE--------UPTIME---LOAD----MEM---DISK
1 : 192.168.8.32 M S 4 days 03:56 0.20 36% 4%
2 : 192.168.8.33 N A 01:46 0.00 5% 2%


are there howto resolve this???
 
i force vhost2 as master:
vhost2 # pveca -m

i rejoint vhost1 as slave:
vhost1 # pveca -a -h 128.46.8.33
vhost1 # pveca -l
CID----IPADDRESS----ROLE-STATE--------UPTIME---LOAD----MEM---ROOT---DATA
2 : 128.46.8.33 M ERROR: 400 Invalid SOAPAction
3 : 128.46.8.32 N S 4 days 04:07 0.34 37% 4% 10%

from vhost2,
vhost2 # pveca -l

it is doesnt resolve the problem.
