error 28 no space left on device

can someone help im newbie in promox backup server , still error no space left on device after prune and gc jobs

what is the right steps to fix

Please post the output of df -h. Also note that garbage collection only cleans up chunks after a 24h 5min grace period. The cutoff time for the access time can however be set to lower values via the datastore tuning options, see gc-atime-cuttoff in https://pbs.proxmox.com/docs/storage.html#tuning
