erro on one cluster node

I have proxmoxcluster with 4 servers and when i do a

qm list on one of the nodes, i get a:

The commend works fine on all other nodes.

I am using ISCSI as storage, i even did a "mount -a" on the node, but the error remains.

I need to add an usb-device (fritz!card USB) to one of the VM's of this node

Any hints?
