Epyc CPU not activating turbo boost only stock ?

Hello, my windows 10 vm is running in stock speed... how do i activate cpu automatic turbo boosting in a VM with windows 10 ?

My setup: epyc 7532 + x12ssl-i supermicro

The actual speed of the CPU is not visible in VMs. Inside VMs you will always see the stock speed.

How do i passthru a iommu group to a vm ?

By doing PCI(e) passthrough of one (or more) of the PCI(e) devices in the IOMMU group. That will cause the Proxmox host to lose the whole group, as groups cannot be shared between VMs and/or the Proxmox host.
