eno1: Detected Hardware Unit Hang

as you know intel cards have issues like hardware unit hang,

there are some work around, some of them is working for some cards, some of them not,

have you ever tried with other cards? I am thinking either changing the network card or proxmox

I am thinking to change to tp-link TX201 2.5Gbps Gigabit PCIe Network Card, have you ever used it?
