enable multiqueue virtio nics

Hi Wolfang. I am working as a consultant in a very LARGE Iot project where thousands upon thousands of proxmox servers would be running at different locations throughout the country (if they decide to go for Proxmox) with only 1 Windows 10 VM on it. I am a Proxmox fan but the problem I am having is the internet speed inside the VM......from the Win10VM the internet is 50% slower that in the proxmox host (used speedtest.net on both) and with RSS activated in the Windows VM it is almost 10 TIMES Slower...amazing...am I doing something wrong ? screen Photos attached...
