Enable MSI-X on Mellanox MT27500

I can't assign the card to the virtual mchine because I have an IRQ error, I have MSI-X disabled for the card.
How to turn it on?

I have never read about someone fixing or working around a IRQ issue with passthrough. Maybe try another PCIe slot?

Changing the port didn't help.
I added it to the kernel options
i2c-i801.disable_features=0x10
The virtual machine started with the network adapter but the adapter is not working.

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. (Code 12)

Is it possible to separate 2 ports like in Intel 4x 1gb lan?
