Email stuck in quarantine

An email appears in the tracking center as quarantined, but I cannot release it for delivery.

to deliver/delete a mail from quarantine you need to go to the Spam/Virus quarantine part of the gui (and enter the recipient of the mail in the initial text-entry) then you can click on deliver?

But that's the issue, I can't enter the recipient in the GUI to release in quarantine, but the email appears in the tracking center as quarantine.
 
you show the virus quarantine, but maybe it's in the spam quarantine?
