Hello!,
I'm trying to cobble together the configuration for a North/South integration of a Proxmox cluster running EVPN/VXLAN overlay.
So far it's a very poor collage of forum posts spanning 2021 to 2024. My understanding is I can have an external router peering towards 4 servers, all of them with the same ASN and the router seeing this as an ECMP integration.
- Is that expected to work?
- Is the same ASN ok?, should I use one ASN per node instead?
- is each node expected to only publish the /32 of the VMs it is hosting?, is it expected to redistribute traffic to other peers?
since I need to use VRFs, manual configuration through frr.conf.local seems to be the only way to go.
