I installed dual system on pve, win11 installed graphics card pci pass-through, ubuntu installed network card pci pass-through, but these two pci devices seem to have a conflict, so that the two systems can not be opened at the same time, open one of the systems will lead to another system closed, this situation is there any way to solve it?

Check your IOMMU groups using: pvesh get /nodes/{nodename}/hardware/pci --pci-class-blacklist "". NIC and GPU shouldn't share a IOMMU group with any other devices, as you can't passthrough individual devices but only whole IOMMU groups.

The result of this command is as follows: how can I check if there are any conflicting IOMMU group?
After checking, you can see that the wireless card group is 13 and the graphics card group is 0, so there should be no collision
