I'm still learning a lot about Debian, but would the bare metal ISO support a machine with Dual Opteron 2350 2.0GHz Quad Core Server CPUs? It doesn't have to be that exact type, but really anything that is going to have Two Complete CPU's inside. I just chose those because it says it's designed for running multiple VM setups.

I'm trying to build a machine for use as a hosted VPS machine.

Should be now problem. Some people even run proxmox ve on machines with 4 quad core cpus (16 cores).

Thank you for the fast reply, this should help me make my purchase. My biggest concern is running a hosted service is the bandwidth usage. I've found scripts to track usage and manage bandwidth that should work. Looking at your road map it looks as if you will have this all built in. Do you forsee some sort of panel users can log into for their actual container that will show their usage and allow them to make backups and such if the option is turned on by the admin?

User management is on the roadmap, but it will take some time until we have that fully functional.
