Dual boot drives in Dual slot nvme PCIE adapter

Referencing this thread as I'm would like to use a Dual one as discussed below

I've looked at this Amazon comment but they never replied whether both work and that is what I would like to confirm. Would PVE work with one of these dual cards in mirror for the boot drive?

oh well, I don't think it will work with two nvme. Seems it only has 1 nvme. The other slot is sata. For boot, I suppose I would need a dual SATA as nvme isn't required. Does a dual SATA one which only uses the PCIe bus (not sata port cable needed) exists?
