Driver for old IBM Server?

Hi
I have an problem. I need to test Proxmox if the other HW I want use work or not. If not I can stay with the current ESXi installation on my main Server.
The Problem the install did work but the onboard Networkcard could not be recognised. Is there some quick fix by installing some Driver Package from someone who had the same Problem before? Or mabe some Package with the most common one?
