drbd connection between hosts: are Mellanox MHEA28-XTC OK?

we are currently using 1-Gigabit nics and a patch cable.

Since we are going to upgrade our nfs servers and use drbd , we are looking at upgrading the connection between hosts. .

Mellanox MHEA28-XTC are available cheap on ebay.

Is anyone useing those with Pve 3.0+ ? As I wonder if the drivers are going to stay in the linux kernel.

Or does someone have another/better idea for the connection betweej drbd hosts?
 
Ok after research this looks better, as it can also connect to our L3 switch:
