[SOLVED] does the Sync job also delete backups or only pull backups?

I have pbs-1 and pbs-2. pbs-2 is pulling from pbs-1.

i created a sync job and the vm pulled correctly from 1 to 2.

i deleted the vm backup on 1 and then ran the sync job on 2 and it did not remove the VM.

if this is expected behavior, will having different prune polices mess with snapshots?

if sync is also supposed to remove backups on 2 that were already removed on 1, what can i check to find out why mine is not working like this.

Check your sync job. There is a "remove vanished" checkbox. If you don't check that checkbox, it won`t delete backup snapshots from pbs-2 that were deleted on pbs-1.
