Hi all,

I noticed the above message appearing in the logs occasionally on one of my PVE servers. The VMs in question exhibit no apparent issues, it tends to complain about one disk more often than not. The storage in question is LVM-Thin on an SSD. Frequency ranges from a number of weeks/months to a few days between messages.

I'm running version PVE 8.1.4. Prior to the upgrade I didn't get the message. I went from 6.x -> 7.x -> 8.x in one day so I can't tell you whether it happened on 7.x. Googling the message doesn't come up with anything apart from some old patch updates from ~2007-2009. My other PVE server running at the same version, hasn't logged this warning at all.

I would post the package versions but I'm not sat at the machine at the moment. I'll post them if necessary.

Is this anything worry about/what's going on? As I said the server doesn't exhibit any issues that I can tell.

Many thanks in advance,

Tony.
