its seen on proxmox 4.4

we run proxmox on dell R630 with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2660 v4 @ 2.00GHz
vms are mostly configured to use kvm64 except on which is set to host

Hi,

This is harmless and occurs is you use host as cpu.
You can ignore it.

If this can be ignored why this is shown. ? Or should this be better asked at qemu forum ?

The reason is qemu do not support rdmsr.
