Hi there i am trying to install debian onto my proxmox but i am getting a error display output is not active. I have change some of the display settings but still no luck
how do i sort this out.

A little more information is required. I assume you want Debian as KVM? (full virtual machine)

  • Which version do you want to install?
  • Please post your VM-Config with which you would like to install:

Code:
qm config <vmid>

I was trying to install debian 12.7.0 -amd64, 2022-07-01 raspios-bullseye-i386 and openmediavoult iso. The picture is the raspberry os

Thank you for your VM config. One CPU core is probably not enough for this GuestOS. I have downloaded raspios-bullseye-i386 for testing.

It started normally here.
Here is my config for comparison. Please compare possible changes with your config. Maybe it can be started by then...

Code:
boot: order=scsi0;ide2;net0
cores: 4
cpu: x86-64-v2-AES
ide2: iso-images:iso/2022-07-01-raspios-bullseye-i386.iso,media=cdrom,size=3440M
memory: 2048

According to the Qemu version in the Config, there may also be updates for your system.
