Disk Read / Write Limit

Hi,

I came across with a strange problem.

Disk Read / Write Limit (Disk Trottle option in web gui) doesn't seems to be working.

I set 5 mb/s read/write and VMs disk IO are still too high, about 100 mb/s - even GB/s

Proxmox version 4.4
