DISK I/O?

Hi,
i was wondering what do normally proxmox users like to use for disk config?
Do you guys use
Default (No cache)
Direct Sync
Write through
Write Back
Write Backup (Unsafe)
No cache?

Also there's a check box IO thread but have no idea what that is?

and for the cache mode, refer to the qemu manpage
man qemu-system-x86_64

and search for e.g. 'writeback'

Thanks for the reply, as for the wiki i have read, but was wondering what do normally users that use proxmox like or tend to use? Also the io thread box from, what i understood is that if your running a raid 10 then check that box?
