differences in memory - Windows 7 and Windows 2012

I have a problem with Proxmox. I have installed some guest virtual machines Windows 7 and Windows 2012. The memory on the Web Promox is different in the Windows Task Manager. What is the matter? that no solution to this.
Install disk VirtIO for Bus and try do Ballong on windows 7.

Balloning on Windows does not work well.
try without.

The main problem is that windows (any version), is filling memory with "zeros" at boot.

This memory is reserved, that why proxmox see bigger memory usage.


If you have the ballooning driver (and service) installed,
proxmox should be able to ask to the ballon driver what is real memory use by windows.
