Dhcpy6d cannot be used after opening the firewall

hello，

After starting the firewall, Windows system can not use DHCPv6 to get IP, Linux is normal. The server I use is dhcpy6d

All rules are permissible, and there is no rule of rejection.

I found that I could not get the MAC after opening the firewall

But Linux is normal
