I have a proxmox server in my lab and I want to configure a DHCP and PPPOE server in it. I have a ubuntu 22.0 jammy running in two of the VMs and I want to make vlan based traffic flow on it via proxmox physical interface. Pls see the given below diagram for more clarity:
Untagged traffic will be sent towards the computer (that will be handled by Router/Switch/OLT).
So the objective is that : the device connected to Router/Switch/OLT must get IP from the DHCP/PPPOE server whatever is configured on the Router/Switch/OLT.
And currently we are using a opensource DHCP/PPPOE server called GLASS Server.
If anyone knows how this can be done, you help will be highly appreciated.
