I watch that video to learn how to change VM ID, the instruction show cd /dev/pve/
I'm Also using ZFSMost random videos assume some system specifics. In this case it is using an LVM setup and the volume group (or an LVM-pool or ...?) seems to be named "pve" - which is clever as it allows as much confusion as possible.
Disclaimer: just guessing - I am using ZFS exclusively.
Then that video is not for you.I'm Also using ZFS
man zfs-rename
.I'm trying to change VM ID number. Then that video is not for you.
The ZFS-equivalent would beman zfs-rename
.
