/dev partition full

Hello,
I have a problem with a debian 9 container, SNMP reports that /dev partition is full, which is the case, /dev/ttys12 takes up all the space.
I'm not sure it is proxmox-related, but as I never had any similar issue, I thought maybe it is a problem with the container configuration

maybe something tried to write to a serial terminal but created a file instead?

I'm not sure, this vm hosts a nodejs app, nothing that would require a serial link...

My bad, it was /dev/tty12
And the contents are syslog-ng messages
