Detect if VM has Turbo Boost Capabilities?

Hi. I am trying to determine if my VM's on my Proxmox cluster have Turbo boost capability or not. So far I have had no luck in discovering the truth, and was hoping to get some help from here. I have a 1230v2 3.2Ghz processor with turbo speeds of up to 3.5Ghz. cat /proc/cpuinfo is not showing anything of use at the moment...just 3.2 Ghz everywhere I have looked so far.

Any suggestions/advice on how to find out if it's working properly? I have the CPU's setup as "host" in the drop down via the web panel.

At the very least, I would imagine that you would need to set the VM to CPU=Host to get direct access to it
