"Destiantion Host Unreachable" after reboot

I have 3 nodes, one is principal and the others are node 1 and 2
both nodes have the same ip conf. Node 2 works perfectly but node 1 after reboot doesnt ping others nodes, i change conf and reinstall, but doesnt work
