I have a DELL T5400.
Intel E5440
When it is with one CPU E5440 - I can run vm.
When it has both E5440 CPUs - it generates this error and the vm doesn't run.
TASK ERROR: KVM virtualisation configured, but not available. Either disable in VM configuration or enable in BIOS.
