deleted node does still show up in webinterface navigator tree

hello,

using pvecm delnode <nodename> i removed a broken node (which currently is shut down) from our cluster. pvecm status, pvecm nodes no longer show the deleted node and it does no longer show up in the webinterface under datacenter -> cluster but it is still visible in the navigator tree.

questions:
1. howto remove the node from the navigator tree?
2. is it safe to reinstall the broken node with the same name?
