default dns server ip (8.8.8.8) for all vm's created ?

I noticed is using a host name of my proxmox but prefer to use google dns 8.8.8.8

how can i get this to work and set as default?

when you create the VM it asks you what you want to use for DNS for the VM, it even asks for the hostname you want to use
if you want it to be automatic, configure your proxmox to use 8.8.8.8 for its primary DNS

correct, but we whmcs and i don't see that option for auto config the dns.. everytime a vm gets created i have to go back an edit as users open up support tickets

Why not use DHCP for your servers and give them that for DNS?

everything work fine, just need the dns for vm's to be correct
