Hello !

I'm pretty new in the VM world, so sorry for the problable silly question.
I am on a Proxmox VE install, trying to set up a virtual Machine with a Debian (netinstall ISO). When following the install steps, I get this error at Network stage:
"Network autoconfiguration failed
Your Network is probably not using the DHCP protocol. Alternatively, the DHCP server may be slow or some network hardware is not working properly."

And this is my VM Network Device (net0):
I'm in Bridged mode, using vmbr0
Model is VirtIO

Basically, the default settings.

What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks a lot.

I switched from Bridged mode to NAT mode. It is working now, but I don't really know why.

Solved I guess :)
