Hello,

I just noticed that I've got some updates available marked "deb13u2." I assume this is a second security/maintenance update.

I did notice that all the updates to systemd are marked in the changelog as "Non-maintainer upload."

Is that something we need to worry about as end users? I've never seen that before.

Nothing to worry about.
This is correct, it's a standard part of the Debian package update process.

Just wanted to mention that the more recent documentation has been moved to the Debian Developer's Reference:

5.11. Non-Maintainer Uploads (NMUs)

Every package has one or more maintainers. Normally, these are thepeople who work on and upload new versions of the package. In somesituations, it is useful that other developers can upload a new versionas well, for example if they want to fix a bug in a package they don'tmaintain, when the maintainer needs help to respond to issues. Suchuploads are called Non-Maintainer Uploads (NMU).
