Hi everyone, I have installed proxmox 3.4 but now im trying to access via web to proxmox and nothing. First i thought was the ip configuration, but after break my head in two parts saw the on board network card off. I mean the green led that usually is blinking now is dead. After type "lscpi" got: Ethernet controller Qualcomm Atheros...so proxmox recognizes the network card but somehow it is down. Previosuly I had Windows Server 2003 without network problems, checked with another switch and the same. Any suggestion is welcome, please need help! Thanks in advance. :) :)

Hi,
may be you have a wrong bridge port assign.

on the terminal
Code:
 ls /sys/class/net/

the output should give you the nic on your system.

pleas send the output of you network config to.

Code:
cat /etc/network/interfaces

Wolfgang thanks a lot for answer my question. Right now i am working in a little company and I need to have two servers constantly working so I decided to keep working with W Server 2012 (Hyper-V) and I removed Proxmox (a shame). After that I proved proxmox in a virtual machine in my second server and voila: it work! I think the issue was due to missing drivers. Again thankss! I don´t know if I have to mark this question as [SOLVED]??
