data showing inactive

hi, i an trying to clone my entire Proxmox system with Clonezilla, but after setting up the new system , VMs won’t start.

when i check
root@n5:~# lvscan
inactive '/dev/pve/data' [3.43 TiB] inherit
ACTIVE '/dev/pve/swap' [64.00 GiB] inherit
ACTIVE '/dev/pve/root' [96.31 GiB] inherit
inactive '/dev/pve/vm-511-disk-0' [<1.18 TiB] inherit
inactive '/dev/pve/vm-521-disk-0' [<200.65 GiB] inherit

its in inactive


please help
