Daily Spam Report from a secondary node in cluster

The master node sends to users the Daily Spam Report with direct link to quarantine management site. Is it possible for a member node to do it instead?
I want users get links to a secondary node and do quarantine management via web interface of that node.

you can configure the 'quarantine' host/port under Configuration->Spam Detector->Quarantine. this will change the links in the spam report to what you set there
(it will still be sent from the original node, but the links are changed)
