The mails are generated from a template - see https://pmg.proxmox.com/pmg-docs/pmg-admin-guide.html#pmgconfig_template_engine

you can create your own template (by copying '/var/lib/pmg/templates/spamreport-verbose.tt' to '/etc/pmg/templates' and modifying it)
