CyberPanel, Cloud - Init - KVM template

Hi, there!
I would like to migrate from shared webhosting via CPanel to CyberPanel VMs for each customer.
I need some help to figure out steps to achieve this result.
What I've found out, are those tutorials:

Actually I don't find the correct way to achieve desired result.
