Customisation script?

I'm hoping there are hooks in Proxmox 5 to allow customizing Open vSwitch.

I want to test 'dot1q-tunnel' support in ovs v2.8.1. I previously posted about this back in April:

I'm essentially hoping to influence ovs interface configuration settings when VMs start or migrate between hosts.

You may use the post-up and post-down hooks to do so?
