Ever since I upgraded to hotfix 4009 my custom.cf file doesn't seem to work any more. Here's what I have:

nano /etc/mail/spamassassin/custom.cf

body JUNK1 /sex/i
describe JUNK1 used to block junk mail
score JUNK1 5

Restart proxprox with the following command:

/etc/init.d/proxprox restart

If someone sends me an e-mail to with the word sex in it, it still goes through. Any ideas?

Does the following command trigger the rule:

Code:
echo -e "test:test\n\nsex" |spamassassin -t

You sent us the following tracking center output

Code:
Aug 7 09:15:53 proxprox 4F801624A7C37191C467: new mail message-id=<20090807092722.UI4VR.15942.imail@eastrmwml49>
Aug 7 09:15:53 proxprox 4F801624A7C37191C467: SA score=0/5 time=0.432 bayes=0 autolearn=no hits=AWL
BAYES_00,JUNK1
Aug 7 09:15:53 proxprox 4F801624A7C37191C467: accept mail to <[EMAIL="djenzen@fwb.org"]djenzen@fwb.org[/EMAIL]> (8DF6D4F801DA) Aug 7 09:15:53 proxprox 4F801624A7C37191C467: processing time: 0.509

hits=AWL,BAYES_00,JUNK1

So JUNK1 triggers as expected. Obviously AWL/BAYES reduced the score to 0.

Hello, I use PMG version 5.1-2, I wrote these rules as an example in /etc/mail/spamassasin/custom.cf
-------------------------------------------------- ----------------
body spams / THIS IS SPAM /
score spams 2

header spamss Subject = ~ / THIS IS SPAM / i
score spamss 2
-------------------------------------------------- ----------------
Then, I restarted PMG, then I checked the rules looking at the log and it does not work. Any ideas for spamassassin to activate these rules?, spamassassin read custom.cf?

I tried spamassassin --lint and it is OK.
