Creating a user for firewall settings

I want to create a user on Proxmax that only has access to the vm's firewall. Is this possible?
I created a user, but there is no option related to firewall settings in the access section.

No, there's only the possiblity of giving access to the VMs networking settings (which include firewall settings) via VM.Config.Network
